Hello theregreat work ehsan
have u figured price and shipping yet. the way your crew handles metal i am sure you guys could even reproduce the whole LV or a 4 door 45truck
Hello there
The cost of shipping will be prohibitive for one set to be shipped. Here is my revised price for introduction of the pieces only for a group of 10 sets ordered.
US$150 per piece INCLUDING shipping.
Shipping one would cost US$70- 100 per piece approx if shipped alone. For this to work either
1- Someone would have to invest and buy all 10 sets
OR
2- Someone would have to step up and form a group.
10 sets will be ready in 10 days. I plan to ship via air to the nearest airport (hence reducing shipping rime to about 7-10 days max) from where someone would have to pick the shipment up. 10 sets would weigh approximately 110 kgs including packing. (I will reconfirm that).
Please let me know what you think.
Ehsan
I will get that tomorrow.I'm in for 2 sets. I can do the group buy, but need to make sure the sets are sold. If I did the group buy... it would be $150 per plus actual shipping from Seattle to whoever needs a panel. Ehsan, can you give us actual dimensions of these peices?
The wheel well can be made in a separate piece or in this piece if the shipment is a large one (300 kg +) so we can send it via sea. By air, it will not be cost effective to send the whole side in one piece. Those look Great!
My LV didn't come with the rear 1/4 pannels and I was fortunate to get some from BMAN.
One thing I wished to have were the wheel wells. I know this would significantly complicate your current design, but I think it would greatley benefit other LV owners to have a pannel that wraps around the corner and includes the part around the wheel well.
Also, to answer how high to go about the crease above the hightest rib. I personally would have liked to get at least two inches higher than the crease.
Dave
We have also made the piece that goes below the rear door. If anyone of you can post pics of an intact rear piece on a vehicle, it would help to see what the OEM shape is and what we need to change in this piece.

Anyone? Can anyone check this? The piece in your photos is from an LV with barn doors. In the US and Canada all the LV's were supplied with a tailgate so that part will be a little different with the hinges in it. Hopefully someone can post a picture because I could use that piece but I can't get to my LV for about 2-3 weeks.
Will you also be making the piece that is under the truck across the back? I backs up against the one you've started on there.
I can but mine's pretty rusty, It'll be tomorow, friday eve.
Paul, I didn't know you had an LV!?!
Are you parting it cause I need a few things?
