Rear climate control fan noisy

Just a sanity check. I've had a few occasions that the kids shut all the A/C vents in the rear, which caused the loud fan noise. As soon as even one vent was opened, all was well.

It was not the vents, I routinely open the vents after long trips. My kids too find it necessary to mess with vents, but that’s not the source of noise.

Like mooseknuckles mentioned it’s very likely some paper made it behind the grate and stuck in fan (I.e. KIDS!!!).

I’m not scared to remove panel myself except that vehicle still under warranty. Took service Dept 4 hours after I dropped it off.

Somewhat of an off-tangent question...

What fuse controls the rear AC? While working on an unrelated item, I found that my '14 LX was/is missing the 7.5A "RR A/C No 2" fuse (slightly up and to the left of my finger in this photo):

Why do I have the feeling that if I re-install this fuse, I'm going to get the noise you guys are describing...
