Had a busy day today. LOTS of welding, but everything went together very smoothly. I think we've finally got all of the little kinks and assembly challenges out of the way. Started with a big pile of parts, and worked them into rear winch bumper shell.

Nice design... Sorry if my questions were already asked...

Will your design require removal of the rear cross member

If not, how will the winch mount up?

Thanks
Stu:cheers:

Hey Stu, the rear crossmember remains in place. It will have to be notched at the bottom to allow the cable to pass through. The winch will attach to a subassembly which is separate from the bumper itself. It will basically sit right in front of that existing crossmember.
In the days ahead, our progress pictures will explain a lot.
Thanks!

Thanks Tim, looking forward to seeing the end product.

Long day, more progress. Should have both bumpers finished and ready for powder coat tomorrow.

Few more. Trying to get these knocked out so that they can be powdercoated.

Almost completely finished now. Bumper lights wired up. Still waiting on gas struts, but these are going to powdercoat next week.

These bumpers look phenomenal. Prettiest welds I've seen. Awesome looking rigs too. Good work fellas.

I also like how you left the flares ON both of your trucks and designed the bumpers to accommodate them. Looks right.
