If you want it to sit perfectly level from side to side with Kings add a 10-15mm spacer to the left side.

Maybe it's been a bit too long since I installed mine, but I thought the Kings were specified which was driver vs passenger side

Mine were not, they were identical.

So you went in with no spacers at all, direct fit for Driver/Passenger?

It's been a few years, but I thought I remembered my instructions specifying that one was for driver's and one was for passenger's. I don't think I used any spacers...
I'll probably have to add some with the front lifted and AHC shock lift, because my pressures are very well in-spec at stock height, and I'm not sure that I want to go to a "heavier" spring just now. Unfortunately truck is still at the body shop so I can't even get out to measure or get pics to confirm.
