Been chasing a random slight "pop" felt around the driver side footwell area. The biggest issue I have is I can't recreate it when I want to so it makes it harder to diagnose. Normally happens when its cold-ish, backing up from my driveway and turning. I checked the front swaybar, the knuckle stud nuts, looked at steering links and all around but no luck. I have delta front lower control arms with new bushings, TRE's were replaced around 20k miles with 555s and seem to be in good shape, knuckle job is somewhat recent, no leaking in front hubs. The panhard is the original one with original bushings so that is what i'm leaning towards as it being the cause. Recently I did change to SCS wheels and 37s, no regearing done yet. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

Double check control arm bolt torque, both ends - axle and chassis. ~130ft/lbs for OEM arms IIRC, but go with your control arm mfr recommendation.
And do it with the truck on the ground, meaning not on a lift or with suspension in full droop.

I'd double check all the sway bar bushings, and make sure it is relaxed while you're doing it.
