a 60 and 40 PS cooler tube are not the same, but it might work

how about a small trany cooler? thats what I used, even though I had the stock cooler tube

like john said, why not run a small transmission cooler. i'm pretty sure simon at www.faultlinefab.com is going do be doing another cooler give-away shortly, maybe you'll get lucky. otherwise you should be able to get one at a better auto parts store or from somebody like jeggs or summit. should cost you between $20-40 depending on style, size and manufacturer.

i sell them at work as well.

bought SOR top today

Jason, thanks for the detailed analysis of both tops. I called both companies and decided that the price was not that much different becuase I already have the metal strip that works with SOR's top. TPI wanted $69 for the top and another 25 or 30 for the "round" style channel. In talking with the guys at SOR, their top is much nicer with internal straps that line up with their roll cage to help prevent wind flap...hopefully, it will line up with my Metal Tech cage. It was $130, but I am think it will work better for me long term. It also has a "sunroof" that you can open or close to light with velcro. Thanks again for your information! Jim

On further inspection, the fronts could use some body work. The drivers has a couple of rust bubbles in the middle and the pass has a crusty chunk at the lower back edge. You decide. I'll take $350 for the set.

I have a tailgate off of my 94 truck. Dont know what shipping would be on it. I also have a set of perfect doors i need t get rid of too. I am in Maryland 21713. color is grey/silver (stock color).

Tailgate is going to metal recycler tomorrow otherwise.

I will say that one bonus to having the TPI top is that it uses the same rail as my old Kayline top, so I don't have to swap rails to put my softtop on. Just another thought.....
