Then at the end of October, driving back to Frankfurt airport after a long and challenging day at work, I pulled off the highway as there was a crazy storm (good instinct - major accident a few minutes later). Lo and behold behind the gas station there was a Troopy. Quite literally made my day.
And then earlier this week walking in Saskatoon, crossing the street in some early season melted snow I spotted this guy.
. This one cub was pretty cuirious too.
