My 200 is a 19 with 3200 miles. Do I need to worry about this radiator hose? Thanks

My ‘07 4Runner hoses looked like that within 30 days of use in Oct of 2007. I sold it two months ago with 277k miles, probably 40k of those miles were towing (higher heat), all in the SE USA. It had the original hoses for the whole 12yrs, 277k so I’d say don’t worry about it. YMMV.
No, it’s fine. Likely the mold release compounds reacting to the heat of the under hood environment. Unless you notice leaks (extremely unlikely) keep driving it.
My 2016 with 17k on it looks exactly the same. NO worries
