Quick question on stock seat mount height (1 Viewer)

building a seat platform this evening and tomorrow. The PO had installed one way to tall. I am going to give it 7/16 to 1/2 inch above the tank (1972). I will be adding slides for the seats. Anyone have a quick measurement how high the stock set up was? Don’t want to be to far off a stock mount height? How much space did they give. You between the tank and seat rails? Thank you!

I have a 6/1972 with stock seats. The mounting frame is angled with respect to the gas tank. Lowest clearance in the back is approx. 7/8" and the front is about 1 3/4".
