Hi All,

As I mentioned in another thread, I've regretted selling my FJ40 from the moment it left my driveway. I've been looking for a replacement off and on the last 2 years and more actively the last year. In my search, I was primarily seeing extremely expensive 40's that were in the condition my previous one was, or a bit better. So, I bought a Rubicon Unlimited which I have been slowly building.

Also in the last 6-8 months, my wife was wanting to get back into an SUV from her Hybrid Civic (it's for sale, if anyone is looking :), and she has been half heartedly looking at various vehicles, starting with Honda CRV's, then I tried to get her to look at a Highlander. She did not like that, but did like the RX350...while looking at those she decided to try the GX460. Well, the salesmen went looking for a white and tan GX460 and came back with the LX570. My wife drove both and liked both, so we started looking...

A few weeks ago, we went to one my daughters horse shows (she's on the equestrian team in college) in SC and on the way back stopped and looked at a Cruiser, which she also liked.

Anyway, I started talking to the sales guy, we came to an agreement and we picked it up today.

Here are a few pics of some 40's they have for sale (not years I am interested in), the Cruiser we bought today and where I plan to go with it...in the future.

Couple of 40's they have for sale and owner say's he's ready to make a deal...

I've already started pitching the front bumper...need to protect her and the cruiser from deer on the back roads of Caswell Co :)

Congrats on the new LC. You need the bumper, and sliders too in order to protect your Investment. The price of LCs is going up for well maintained and slightly modified trucks. :)

Awesome Brad!! You know I'm just one county to the left, so is @jfz80. Don't be a stranger!!

Brad, congrats on the 200, and nice to see ya back in the fold! I'm afraid to ask, but what's the asking price on those 40's?

Thanks everyone.

@little_joe , I did not ask about the pricing on the 40's, I'm pretty sure the owner knows what he's got though, he also has a personal 40.

I knew you would regret selling the Cruiser. Everyone does. Good to see you back. Let me know how I can help spend your money.

BRAD! Don't worry, your former truck is well taken care of. :) I felt so bad pulling out of your driveway but love the truck so much and drive it as much as I can. It is well loved! And I have a motorcycle now! Need to shoot you an email!
