How about the smaller wedges that go on the bolt before the washer and nut? Those are rarer than the wedges between the frame and winch.

can't say I've seen those. I would think some made for I beams would work, Fastenal or any good bolt supplier should be able to get those.

Would those be angled like the top wedges? Bottom wedges are like the upper wedges just smaller. Believe the upper ones would be to thick and reduce the threads available for the nut.
Since they went to the effort to make the convex curve to match the frame shape on the top spacers, I'd bet the bottom spacers were both thinner and concave.

Most all these were long gone from PTO winches a long time ago. I only have a few of these.

Yea I would agree I looked at mine today and there is just a stack of washers in the back. Its been that way for over 30 years. Never knew a wedge should be in there. Now I have another project to make some wedges.

Yeah, me too.

Here are the part numbers if someone can do a search, I can't check until Tuesday. John @beno @JPinjapan OZZ? Europe?
Bolt 91111-51250 12-1.5x50 hex
top plate spacer 38333-60010
bottom spacer 38334-60010
spring washer 94512-01000 12
nut 94110-41200 12-1.5 hex

For a complete set up, that's probably a realistic price. I know @HelloKitty65 has been buying his in bits and pieces, he might get into it for a bit less, but maybe not. And finding ALL the parts is tough if you can't get the whole enchilada at once.

Whatever I saved when stumbing across a local CL winch has long been lost in scrounging for bits and pieces. Get the whole tamale. You'll be way ahead, and Mark is great to work with.

they are tapered, "I" beam flanges are thicker at the web and thinner at the edge, they are made to give a flat surface for the washer and nut when bolting thru the flange.

I can get a price for both wedges looking online but that doesn't mean actually available. I've had that happen before. This is a US dealership so at least the part number is good in the US.

Have a link to these? Still need to get those small parts from you.

Lets see if our non USA counter parts can order some, I need a pair of each. Thanks, John

While the M12 Fastenal wedges look like they'd work fine for the bottom side, I'd be interested in a pair of the factory lower wedges if available.

The washers have worked fine for many years I would like to make it right and install the factory wedges.

I just checked in Placerville and they are not available. Other sources?

calling @beno Onur, any chance you can find these??

Bolt: 91162-61250
Washer: 94512-01200
Nut: 94115-41200

The two spacer part numbers are showing alive. I have an inquiry in to see about ordering them.

The hardware numbers above are available and correct.

Naive question. Once ID'd and determined to exist, how do you actually acquire them? I need these too.
