the 60 knuckles will fit, won't make your truck any wider tho I don't think.

depends on what you're doing for power steering, but I used a minitruck histeer kit on my 45.

( used and cheap of course)

Tie rod was the right length, but I had to shorten the drag link a bit for the sag box.

Do have the plasma, but I'm going to give it back to jon pretty quick here. the gussets are a little big for it anyways, he has it wired to 110v, and my garage doesn't like having it and the compressor going at the same time.
 
FJ60 high steer will work but you will have to special order the tie rod shorter. Marlin might know the proper length and custom make it. I think they are pretty good to deal with.

60 birfs won't fit but you just gotta grind a coarse hair top and bottom inside your knuckle balls.
 
Yup. I got 60 stuff on a 40 housing. Mini truck junk isn't too bad, I'm pretty sure the spindles and hubs are different though. I know for sure they don't have vented rotors though. Like SP said, mini truck high steer arms will work on the 60 knuckles. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure the knuckles are the same between late 40s (79 and up?), 42s, 60s, 62s and mini trucks. They have the large pattern and larger size studs.
