Problem when accelerating

I've been experiencing issues when accelerating my 97' 80 series. I have an intermittent acceleration specially from 2nd gear on. Its like when trying to increase velo it struggles to maintain consistent rpms. it fires up right away in the mornings with the engine being cold and during the day with the engine being hot. engine is stable with no abnormal signs or "jumpiness" when on idle. I noticed that in the mornings (when the temperatures are relatively lower than in the rest of the day) the issue is not as bad as when the engine heats up the rest of the ride.
I've already changed:
Fuel pump
Spark plugs
Spark plug cables.
Any recommendation or opinion will be greatly appreciated

When was the last time the fuel filter was changed? Confirmed timing as well?

About a month ago along with the fuel pump

Have you changed or cleaned the injectors?
Have you checked the injector wiring where it passes the EGR pipe (assuming you have an EGR).
Have you checked fuel pressure, high side of the pump could be failing.

Check your codes. Sounds like 02 sensors to me

Did you ever solve this issue? I have similar symptoms and haven't been able to get a resolution.

If you haven't done so, I'd replace the fuel pump relay. Its' mounted on the drivers fender near the fire wall. Its mounted so the relay is in the fender out of site.
