The side rails didn't exactly match up with the gutter. There were a few gaps in some places. A bit disappointed that all the hardware is SAE and not metric- might consider switching the gutter mounts to metric hardware in the future. Can't seem to position the gutter mount bolts in a way to prevent them from dragging on the door weather stripping either, will consider a hex drive headless set screw and a locknut.
This thread has some good info in installing the gutter mounts with a leveling washer. I have some (not pictured) and would recommend installing these.

Try flipping those bolts, and then cutting off the excess at the bottom. That's what I did. Couldn't stand my doors hitting them every time.
Waiting on a few of the accessories I ordered from Zach but got the rack on Tuesday and put it on yesterday. Very happy with it.

Finally heard back from Zach and he said the FJC cross bars got mixed in with the 80 bars, and thus were cut to wrong length. Redo's happening and hopefully ships next week.

Looks like delivery for me this Thursday. I gotta say, there's not much incentive to running a group buy. I put the word out, drum up 20 buyers, send him all the names and get dead-last delivery for my trouble.
If nothing else, I appreciate the work and effort you put in to managing this group buy. Thank you for your work and effort. Sorry that it took over 3 months to get your roof rack...
