Power Windows on my pig

Just thought i would share this clip of my success with my power window kit install. they run a little slow but i think that is mostly because the batteries had been drained by my stereo all day.

at any rate i'm really happy to have a new modern convenience in my piggy.

tomorrow i'm going to tackle the rear windows but i think one of the regulators is shot so i might be in for quite a task.

nice. Did you get the system that spins the stock register or the one that eliminates it?

I should come into a few bucks this month I was going to do power windows and locks. I don't even have a key for the door locks now so my truck is open to the world. The only thing keeping me safe is the fact that people in my hood think it has rats and/or hobos living in it.

i got the system that spins the stock crank spindle. the motor isnt as strong as i would like but it gets the job done.

i did power locks 2 years ago i got the kit for 29 dollars on ebay it came with a 4 solenoids a receiver/brain and 2 key fobs. i have since wired them into my alarm eliminating the need for the brain.

Cool. That's the route I'm going I think. I saw a package deal for a good price the other day. Need to pamper myself a little because right now I use 1 crank to open or close all the windows.
