Howdy folks!

I recently brought my car into a local shop in BK, NY after experiencing a power steering hose blow up (while on the freeway!)
The shop replaced the pump (I forgot that I had replaced the pump a few months back, I'm ashamed), but it honestly looks like the same (or used) hoses might be there? When I look at them they appear kind of wet.
But anyhow, my now experiences a stiff wheel when turning at low RPMs. So anything from backing into / out of parking, to making turns on intersections, the wheel will become stiff. Any ideas on how I can diagnose what the problem is? Could the new pump be the issue at hand

Also, make sure they used the correct fluid. The power steering systems on these trucks are designed to ATF not standard PS fluid.

Thanks guys, I’ll take it back and let them see. I just checked out the repair receipt and it looks like they did include ATF after they flushed the lines.
