POWER STEERING GEAR

HELP!!!!! i have a bad steering gear leak. wondering of it is worth it to rebuild it or just get a new one.....i am pretty sure it is the top seal......is there a way to change just the top seal? and how easy is it to get to?

Is it leaking from the top plate o-ring, or the adjuster nut, or...?

Even though you say power steering gear I am not sure if you are referring to the pump or the actual gear box. A picture would really help. I believe the most common leak point is the back of the pump. Regardless, read these two threads:
