My mileage probably isnt as good with it in, I havent thrown it back in since I got the pump rebuilt, havent had the time and its a little smokier under heavy acceleration. I could probably lessen this by playing with the timing, but I aint had any time to play with it lately.

When you get a fuel pin, its for more power, you get more smoke, and I could break the wheels loose in one higher gear.

You dont put a fuel pin in your diesel for better mileage, you do it for better "smileage"!

you may end up driving like an 18 yeaqr old kid for a week while you enjoy the increase in power, so be warned.

I had John at Ateb in Burnaby install his own power rod and tune the pump to suit. excellent improvement all around and well worth doing. LanceCruiser did his as well, same result...
 
I dont know if he makes it, I have no Pics. My butt tells me the truck is a lot faster, particularly on the highway, far less need to drop out of OD. mileage is if anything slightly better. You must carefully tune the pump to utilize this mod.
 
After driving lances truck it's defiantly a fun mod, my bone stock truck feels like a turtle now..... Thank god I just drove his in sparking lot lol
 
$300 is quite a bit of money for a zeal power rod. is there any other sources for premade aneroid pins to fit a 1hdt?
