Smooth for about 10 miles. ..then the whine.

Bled it till no bubbles. Im able to start it and run it with no bubbles or froth...about 10 miles down the road....Whine and overflowing reservoir

reservoir

Took the reservoir off and apart. The screen was filthy. It didn't look that dirty from the top but inside was caked in a black gunk like substance. I cleaned it out with solvent and a wire brush the best I could. Careful not to tear the screen... its pretty thin. I let it dry and then ran some old ps fluid thru it. Reinstalled it, filled it up, and bled the system.

I'm going to let it sit for about 20 minutes and then bleed it again.

Hopefully this closes out this thread.

It's been about 20 miles and still feels good. There is no over flow and the fluid looks clear. Tomorrow I'll put some miles on it and really test it.

Thanks for everybody's help. Looks like the screen just needed to be cleaned.
