I have half a harddrive full of LC ads from magazines and whatnot from the 60's and 70's. I have a few that have a 55 in the background or kinda hiding, but nothing that has a 55 up and in front and is a cool looking ad.

I was going to go over to my parents tomorrow and I was trying to find some artwrok to make some 55 shirts with, but can't find anything exciting. I really like using vintage ads but all the LC ads are all 40's. :( At least the ones I have.

Anyone have any cool old 55 ads? Seen any they can point me to online somewhere?

I have some artwork for a shirt, but wantd a few more to make. I will post some photos when I've got a shirt to show off.
 
No, they are not online. I have a TON of them, a lot of people on here and pirate have sent me them over the years plus stuff I found online. I will post some pictures of some of my shirts later today. It's pretty awesome that my parents have the company that they do, lots of fun stuff to play with over there.

They did this one a few years ago, I really like it becuase it's my cruiser that the artwork was based on. :)

Oh, if anyone has the emblem on the back of there pig that is new or really good condition, could you post a picture here or PM me or email it to me. Both mine have the emblems but they are kinda faded and not great. I can't seem to find any straight on close up pictures online of the 4 wheel drive emblem on the back of the piggies. If you help me out I'll mail you a shirt after I make them... :)

Sweet, should be able to work with those.. or actually I guess my GF work with those. It's kinda nice having a graphic designer soon to be wife and parents who have lots of cool Tshirt making machines.

I think I'm going to do the "4" emblem on the front "pocket" of the shirt and the grill and headlight outline big on the back with the "Toyota" in the grill colored in. Should be sweet. :)

I made some 55 t-shirts toward the end of last year, I'll try to find the thread in the classifieds.
 
Man, I love the FJ45LV t-shirt....would definitely fork over some $ for something like that. Also, 55 t's...

I'm a t-shirt guy during the summer....

The 45LV shirt is kinda pixilated. Fine for a "for me" shirt but no way I'd sell them or give them to anyone else. Really, when you're wearing it you can't tell, but it bugs me. It was a quicky for fun kinda thing so just didn't clean up the artwork all the way... probally could if there was interest.

I have some 40 artwork that is almost the same as that LV one too that I wanted to try.

I haven't had a chance to get over there and work on stuff... my dad was real sick last week and I didn't want any of that. Then this week I've just been busy. I did give them the 55 artwork I wanted so hopfully we can do it next time I'm over there.
