Thats a onestone from Australia, needs a couple modifications.

I found it to be a bit too large, so I made a smaller one.

It's a One Stone knockoff available on Amazon and Ebay. Get the one with the magnets. It requires minor modification but works incredibly well. They're about $80 to $90 a pair.

While I love engineering, I can't make these at scale. Anothernord created a template or jig for cranking these out in batches.
