How do they handle the mud?
I'd suggest drilled and slotted all the way.![]()
I have these rotors on my truck and couldn't be happier. We don't see tons of mud here in Colorado, but I just got back from Moab and I've been up and down the hills in the high country a lot lately. I've put them to good use, and they've been flawless. I also run a few other Jonesy's products and have nothing but good things to say about their offerings, customer service and communication.
Great, although drilled and slotted rotors for offroad use are highly debated. Some choose to use slotted only rotors for offroad vehicles. Your choice, we have them too.
We on the other hand, have had great experience with drilled and slotted rotors on and off road. Keeping in mind most of your driving is on the road where you need superior braking power most.

I'm not a fan of drilled for a 4WD vehicle that's going to see dirt/sand/mud. Gunk can get caked up in the cross drills and wear the pads out way faster than normal. I also wouldn't use cross drilled period if the holes aren't chamfered (which I see the 360 rotors are). I just went cross drilled & slotted on all four corners of our Avalon with the Powerstop ceramic pads. That car stops on a dime now. Didn't help that the old rotors were so warped I could see it by eyeballing after I took them off.
Get slotted rotors then.![]()
Do you sell a kit with the emergency brake pads to?
My 91 is getting new brakes, can I pick these up at your shop and avoid shipping?
I would rather not spend $25 on shipping if I can just swing by and pick them up.
Thanx
Installed on my FJ80 - fit up perfect just like the OEMs I took off, stopped fine right out of the gate, and should get even better as they bed in. My truck does daily driver duty, so I'm on-road for most of my miles and drilled/slotted made sense
High heat paint on the hubs but, sorry, no love for the caliper yet (aside from the new pads), I'll rebuild/repaint calipers when I replace the lines.
