PCV Catch-can install

It would be nice to put a fitting at the bottom and route to your dipstick tube, so you never have to empty it.

Wouldn't that put water in your oil? I guess some gets in there anyway but I wouldn't want to add more.


I have the same set up. Used the bracket that came with the catch can and an old 90 degree bracket from an FJ60 air cleaner to mount it on the charcoal canister bracket. I like having it mounted in a solid spot.
 
Sounds interesting. I have a question - is the catch can and fitting running hot when engine running in normal temperature? I don't know for fact, but assume the air cycle back to intake is pretty hot. Do you guys notice any roughness for engine assuming that the catch can and it's fittings generates some kind of "cooling" effect? Just curious, I may be overthinking about it.
