looking for tires, 35"R15 preferably 12.5" wide. 50% tread or better, something remotely agressive is good, I've got 10" wide, R15 rims, so it would have to fit that unless you have other rims. Need 4 or 5.
My 33" tires are worn down and I am not buying new tires for this truck but wouldn't mind seeing how 35" run. PM me if you have something that might work.

I have a friend looking for a 62 full floater rear axle complete - rare I would guess.

I am trying to track down a few things.

a pair Spindles for the front end of a 60 or 42 and a pair of hubs.
Needed asap. I pay shipping! someone is bound to have these somewhere.

bump for Warn 8274 brake assembly. Lordco/Warn wants an arm and half a leg for a new one.

Well yesterday I scored 2 complete winches, but with broken mounting points, and prepared to swap over the pawl off one onto my "good" winch.
After cleaning it up, I discovered why the pawl was missing...casting broken deep inside where it bolts to.

So I'm no longer hunting for parts, just a complete running/working 8274 ;)

no kidding ya you need sway bars , could not believe the roll for a 70 ,i thought it was the passengers , extra fun factor ,i was actually jealous.i think i have a rear for an 80 if you can and would use it other wise i will keep it,free to you.

LMFAO!
Definitly extra fun factor/pucker factor whatever you want to call it. I've been dragging my knuckles on the ground for 4 years now. I think it's finally time to install some quick disconnect sway bars.
I've had enough fun three and sometimes even two wheeling on the street.
On the trail.... that's a different story. I don't mind getting on two wheels every once in a while. I don't prefer it, but I don't mind. :D It gets the adrenaline pumpin'

There's a reason why my close wheelin' buds call my truck "Flopsy"....lol

Every bit of custom sheet metal on my truck was from a fun day wheeling! No regrets, lots of good memories and many more to come.
My truck is definitetly not a pavement princess like Christian's. Ahem....get your truck dirty once in a while eh? lol

Thanks George, I'm not sure if an 8x series sway will work. I'll look into it.

OK I know this is a long shot, but recently started thinking about getting barn doors on my 60, then it hit me that I am trying to turn my 60 into a 40 series, so new plan over the next few years is to collect the parts I need to swap my drivetrain into a troopy. So looking for a cheap troopy body and frame, nothing special as it will get wheeled hard, so no-need for rust or dent free. OK if it is RHD, as can get my hands on an old 40 fire wall to make it all work the way I want.

please let me know if you see any around, will take running gas pot troopy too if the price is not too high.

Cheers,
Deny

40 series only?

Well if the price was cheap, however I think the 70 troopy would probably cost a bit more, I do have a 70 series firewall I could use, however would prefer the older school version to create something like this (minus horns :hillbilly:):
