I'm trying to build a non-destructive harness to steal a little power from the 12v socket in the center console. I know the socket itself is part #8553060340 but I'm struggling to find the female side connector (with the green and white/black wires in the picture). It appears to be a different connector than most standard Toyota stuff. Anyone better at parts diagrams than I am? Would also be very satisfied with a generic connector, I just can't find one. Thanks!

The part number you're referencing is for the assembly, not the connector housing. The part number for all Toyota connector housings begin with "90980-". The last five digits are embossed on the rear of the connector housing. The part numbers are listed in the Wiring Harness Repair Manual.

I'd suggest using a fuse tap within the interior fusebox instead. It will be quite a bit easier than making a new connector for the cigarette lighter, while also being nondestructive and easy to remove in the future. If you want it always hot, you can run it off of the power seat fuse. If you want it only how then the ignition it on or in ACC, you can run it off the cigarette lighter fuse.

About $9 at your local O'Reilly's:

The GX FSM is here GX 460 Manuals
It should tell you. Although, as mentioned above, it's part of a larger wiring harness and sold as a single unit, it may not say. But it should tell you what it plugs into.

That was my backup plan. Can you close the fuse box?

At least on the 470, the interior fuse panel is behind a door in the dashboard, so it's quite easy to route the wire up under the dash without impacting the ability of the door to be closed.

On my last couple cars the interior fusebox wouldn't securely close with a fuse-tap in there and it was surprisingly annoying. It's still my backup plan.

I come up with 90980-11299 for the No. 1 Power Outlet Socket Assembly. 82998-12330 for the wires.
According to the Wiring Harness Repair Manual, there is no mating connector for -11299. This is common for supplied sensors and instruments, for which manufacturers purchased the mating connectors from the connector housing manufacturer, such as Sumitomo or Yazaki. You'll have to search elsewhere for a plug and play solution.
