I got an email from Ehsan today and he said that he is attempting to add your QP's to an order that I have shipping in the very near future. I am in NC until Sunday so I will have more info to report on Monday.

I assume your referring to the 45LV quarters?????

The $$'s for shipping were sent to him 2 months ago. The quarters are supposed to be sent to me in MT. cruiserguy is stopping by in 2 weeks and he is supposed to be picking his and another members up from me.

I'm not getting any response from Ehsan on what is going on with our order.
 
UNACCEPTABLE!!!!


We paid for these in November. They were allegedly finished in February or March. Shipping by air for speed!?!?! was paid for two months ago!


These need to be IN "3_puppies" hands LAST WEEK!!


Personally I am NOT pleased with the time these are taking especially since they are allegedly finished and have been collecting dust in some shippers warehouse for the last 2 months!!!



I get ONE chance a year to bring parts from the states to me in Central America and that one chance comes up in a week or so. These have been paid and promised for LAST Christmas, I'm not interested in waiting till this Christmas!!
 
Guys...don't shoot the messenger. Do you think I want to unpack and forward your parts? Not really but I will.

I'm not shooting the messenger but I'd have a tough time recommending Ehsan for anything that folks need in any timely manner.

We didn't pay to have this shipped with someone elses stuff.

We didn't pay air for speed only to have this languish in a shippers warehouse for two months.

We didn't pay to have these sent to Boston, the other side of the country for most everyone that ordered these.

We didn't try to haggle the price down or anything.

We ordered these back in November since we knew that Ehsan isn't very fast but he could have swam over with these by now!! It wasn't a complicated order with different colors or styles like the soft tops.


We likely WON'T be ordering additional parts from Ehsan as we'd all like to be able to drive our '45LV's in our life time!


All I can say is, if you'd like to have the part at some nebulous time in the distant future then order from Ehsan. If you'd like parts in an even somewhat timely fashion, find another manufacturer!
 
Hello there
Sorry for being completely out of touch. There had been a few issues regarding another shipment's papers because of which the bank (we need bank papers to export anything out of the country here) has held back on all other shipments. I just got that cleared this Saturday morning.
The quarter panels are note going to Alex in Boston. They will go as originally planned and will leave mid next week by air to reach later in the week.
Again apologies for the delay. I completely understand all that is being said here and will stand up for any mistakes or shortcomings at my end.

I sincerely hope they do arrive by the end of next week but I've heard that many times already.

As for me these MUST arrive then at the absolute latest or I cannot get them for another year!

All I can say is that I do not like excuses and what I am hearing for Ehsan is excuses. Email and forums work instantly and I expect clear and honest communications. Charles (aka cruiser_guy) took the time to put this project together and we (the group) sent our money to Ehsan fast. I will not repeat what Charles has said above, only that I concur 100%. There was no delay taking our money. Get the parts to us and stop making excuses. We have been more than patient.

OK, we are currently at Wednesday, early Thursday (or at least well after business hours Wednesday) in Pakistan. This is generally considered "mid-week" and as it is the week following this quoted post that would make it "mid next week", have these left yet and if so, what is the carrier and waybill number??
 
Ehsan, the time is short. It is now Thursday or Friday in Pakistan. Have these shipped? I need to know before I drive down to Montana to get mine. If it didn't ship there is no need for me to drive down and pick it up.

Charles and the rest.. These will not reach you before you leave for Central America. We have no direct flights to Montana from here. It will have to go to Washington and then will be trucked to Monatana.
That being said.. Charles. I have to say that I WILL get your pair to you wherever you are. Just send me your shipping address in Cen. America and I will send it to you direct via DHL if noone else ships there. (DHL does most Central American countries) This will be sooner than later. Your project will NOT have to wait another year just on this.
For all else, I am willing to offer a discount of US$160 on a set of reproduction hub caps (4 pieces for US$100 only - retailing at $260 right now) that we have already made. On that, you pay when you get the caps not before. I hope that would be good compensation. Let me know.

Are mine in this shipment or are they still in Pakistan? We'll be passing through Washinton state later than we'd be in Montana so if there is a way to simply remove my set in Washington then that might work too.

Let me know ASAP and I'll get you the necessary information.
