I have a solution to organizing the group. I can avail the group access to a database online using guest access to my intranet, where each interested party can log their order, be assigned a unique number, and send me payment. I would post the status of the payment on the database for each user to view and we can set up a deadline to close the order. I can export the data to Eshan in a tab-delimited format that he can open with excel, or any pakistani data management tool, and send payment. Eshan could give me progress reports and I can have them posted in the online database for each of you to view.
If the group is interested in trying this, please let me know. It will take me a few days to design the database with the necessary fields. I will need contact information for everyone ordering: Full name, residential and business address, home, business, cell numbers and email address.
