Painting lettering on Mudflaps - what to use?

I would like to paint the lettering on my mud flaps the original white. What paint and prep should I use? Not looking for concours results, just something that works and holds up reasonably well.

What about white wall paint I haven't used it myself but I know a couple of people who hav had the white walls put on
