Paint or Powder Coat?

Pic shows the tow bar attachment points I had fabbed up to attach to the front frame rails under the ARB bumper. I'd like to leave them on, unless I need the clearance.

Would you paint them or powder coat them?

If powder coat, who would you have do them and what's a ballpark price I should expect?

Nice fab work--those look beefy. I would brush paint them with Rustoleum enamel, multiple coats over several days. It is more durable than spray-on, and easy to touch-up when required.

Paint is probably better due to touch up ability.
