Buck not only picked me up at the airport and dopped off at the dealership...
He also showed me where Land Rover dealership is, explaind how to get there,
offered his help in case of "unforseen events" and even called me later
to check how I and the cruiser are doing.
It was a pleasure to meet and talk to him (of course we could not stop talking,
even without having any beer

... oh, and after 21-hour day, that included 12.5-hour "test drive" of the LX450
- we both made it safely to my garage. 
... oh, and the LX450 is just like in Tim's report, overall... GREAT, and the drive was a pleasure.

As for milage, I checked the receipt - first fueling was 12 not 16 galons, which calculated to 16MPG.
Second tank (this time with BG-44K) came out at just over 15MPG, but that was both "crawling" through Dallas at 4PM
and "gliding" up I-35 at 80MPH.
Quite nice, but let's not forget that the truck is unmodified, on 31", and was empty.
... oh, and now I go to bed

I am just a little tender where they put the catheter in the groin. The worst part of the whole procedure was having my groin shaved by a nurse.
Turns out I am doing pretty well, only a 10-15% blockage in one artery. Not enough to worry about.
Hope to see that Lx-450 again in Salem, MO in September.
