The guy was in a full size Dodge and in the middle of the road, so when I slowed to avoing getting hit, there was just enough slope to put me into the ditch. The 80 just would not pull itself out.

Would have liked to have you along.

So was this one of those deals where you both came around a corner and he just reacted badly, or was this one of those deals where you were on a straight track and he hogs the trail while ?

Or did he possibly assume his uphill right of way due to the conditions?

No he had plenty of room to move over and he would still have had his driver side in the tracks there was like 6 feet or better on his passenger side that he could have used but chose to stay in the middle of the road he just didnt move at all and i came around the corner right after Jack did and had pretty much the same choice that jack got. I managed to get myself crossed ways in the ditch and pulled out of it but i wasnt worried about damage as i was in my 40 and im sure Jack would have done the same if he had his lift and tires on. but it all worked out and we had a good time
