Pacific Time Zone wrong on 'Mud

The Pacific Time Zone is set at GMT -7, regardless of the fact that in the drop down menu (CP>Options) it says GMT -8. Mountain Time is correct at GMT -7. There is, in fact, no way to get GMT -8. I noticed this somewhat recently, I know it used to be right, but no worky no more!

discovered a server time issue...just reset a few things and rebooted....will see if that cures the issue

hhmm....strange....server set at Pacific, vB set at Mountain....

fixed...hopefully that cured it...

Still not correct, even tried all the DST correction settings in the CP. Forum says it is 8:00am when it is 9:00am. Are the other time zones correct?

EDIT: EST is wrong as well, forum is one hour early. Lemme check my settings and I'll get back to y'all.

EDIT 2: here is a screenshot of my D&T settings. They are correct.
