I know this is an older thread, but looking for some info.
I'm throwing the same code p0446. I've been testing the voltage at the rear charcoal canister VSV and I'm only getting 2.6v unlike the 12v on the other two vsv valves in the engine bay when the ignition is on. Is that normal voltage, or is that my issue?

I believe the vapor pressure sensor (the one that has only 1 hose coming off it) is a 5v part.
Here's a link that might be helpful in tshooting this issue. EVAP Tshooting

Thanks

Anyone know the hose size needed for these valves. Replacing 25860-50100 and going to replace the hose while I’m at it. Using bulk hose as Toyota wants 25$ for the connection piece to the intake

The best way is to take the hose to a part store and compare size and get the right one. The Toyota hoses are obviously a rip off. Good to have but not necessary.

Makes sense. Part comes in Tuesday so I’ll grab it after the part comes in

Another question, for anyone that has replaced the valve at the canister....difficult? I don’t have a spare tire so I can easily access the cannister. One of the three bolts rhat
Keeps the cannister on broke off so it’s hangin janky but I can get to it

I also posted on LRA thread until I found this specific code thread. I have had the 24 gallon LRA in my 2018 LC 200 for a couple years now. Works great. I recently got back from a trip to Utah where too say the least I was not on level pavement :). Had the rig in some fun stuff off road. Had some venting gas pressure/smell out of the filler inlet so I vented it when I got to camp with the truck off and the gas cap removed. The smell went away and all was good until the ride home I got a service engine light and the emissions code for loose gas cap or charcoal filter (4401). I checked the gas cap and made sure it was tight and disconnected the battery and the check engine light cleared. I still have a maintenance alert to “see your dealer for service” under the information tab but no check engine light and the truck is driving normal with no gas smell. Anyone have advice on how to access the vent on the LRA? Want to try that and see if that clears the maintenance alert. Or if I really need to take it in to be looked at.
