Out of nowhere my '07 LX is running and idling rough. It threw a P0302 Cylinder 2 misfire code. Any thoughts on what this could be? My first instinct is a bad coil pack

Update - it was indeed the coil pack. I picked up a new coil for $32 at autozone and swapped it out for the #2 coil. Looks like my spark plug tube gasket is leaking oil which likely damaged the coil. Truck is running great now but I will add spark plug gaskets to my to-do list. Can these be done without removing the valve cover?

No, you need to remove the valve cover. They're held in by little bendable tabs from the bottom side.
