THis is the frist event of it's kind, i'll be out there with my 100 series. I have had the rare opportunity once before to do a bit of wheeling at the Woodlands, and there are some challenging areas. It is an absolutely beautiful property and very much a hidden gem in Charleston. I have no idea which trails will be open for this event, but it's exciting to see an event like this!
Expect lots of mud unless it's been dry for weeks before the date.

It falls on the day of my 18th wedding anniversary, but, I may be able to celebrate a day early... Hrmmm...

I'm going (assuming fair weather) but I am waiting till later this week to buy tickets. I want to make sure weather forecast is good. If it's raining, then no.

Unfortunately, after weeks and weeks of no rain and beautiful weather, the weather forcast is rain Saturday and Sunday

Shouldn’t be bad at all until late Sat night+

Cool event. Lousy weather but a great inaugural go at it. Challenging 4x4 course with slippage and mud galore thanks to nonstop rain. Miles and miles of fun dual track dirt trails and course crossings - made for fun exploring. Thanks to OP for the heads up on this conclave.

Nice, I was hoping there would be some pictures of the even coming up!

had a good time despite the weather. The woodlands is such a beautful peice of property, huge thanks to the owner of the property to open up the trails to 4x4s. I had a fun time testing out the 100. Deep mudholes - check. big approach and departure angles - check. bushwacking through the power lines area - check. Miles of beautiful pristine trails.

looking forward to this becoming a regular event, and see further development on the challenge course.
