Do y'all know the Aisin part numbers for the blue and aqua hubs? Finding the black hub here is proving difficult..
FCT-017 is the stock red

FCT-019 and FCT-049 are two of the "heavy duty" options but I don't know which is which. There may be more out there. Somebody should make a definitive table for this.

The only one I can find available in my part of the world ATM is the blue hub FCT-004... Looks like it technically for the 93-97 80 series, but y'all have gotten it to fit onto the 60 series with a 3F engine? I've ordered one from Amazon, so fingers crossed it fits and works!

When changing out the oil inside, how much does it usually take? ~40mL ish? Also seems like this one is adjustable, similar to the green hub FCT-049?

Not sure. I ordered one from Cruiser Outfitters here in the states. Hub was black and it bolted right up. The Aisin fan clutch part numbers are a bit of a mystery to me. I'm wondering if you can look on Partsouq (closer to you) and see what pops up for earlier and later 80 Series trucks. They usually have pretty good photos of the actual part on their website.

have you checked for a compression leak into the cooling system? Bottom line is, assuming your parts are stock type, if the water pump, radiator, thermostat and fan clutch are working properly and you still overheat, there's probably a motor issue. This wouldn't be the first 60 with a cracked head or head gasket.

We have hooked it up, no problem with the head itself and it already has a new head gasket... ATM we've circled back to the fan clutch, as that's what was changed before having this problem 🤷🏻‍♀️

Understandable. The last Aisin Clutch I put in was bad from the start. It was on a Trooper. I replaced it with another Aisin and everything worked fine
