which countries got the non USA silver top key?

Were there different keys for the 1984 BJ42 Euro and Canadian models? In the owners manual that came with my Euro model the diesel key pictured has a slightly different silver top shape. Interested to know what the original master key part numbers are (silver and black plastic top) and if you have them.

Can you not still order a "factory" cut key? I did this probably 10+ years ago from my dealer by giving them the vin. I received an original "large" plastic head key.

To be honest, I haven't tried to source one through the dealer but it is worth a try. If I am successful I will update my post.
