Hey mud, so got this one about 4-5 months back with a blown head gasket and have been in the process of rebuilding the engine and cleaning it up for resale. This is an excellent example of a white exterior and blue/grey cloth interior. This truck is a non locked 80. I have been breaking the motor in slowly and working out the issues over the last couple weeks. Local Oregon truck so no rust and has aged great for the year. I will be detailing the exterior soon full clay bar and cut and polish. No clear coat peeling the paint is in great shape. Interior will Be getting a detail as well. No rips in the interior or anything substantial to note. The suspension is old man emu 2” lift. I’ll list bullet points for work done.

Thanks for the input it seems like whenever anybody post a rig for sale it gets picked apart on the price. Nice to have some confirmation from the mud community!
Its tough, and the market always decides what it is worth. But I think many of us on here have purchased 'cheap' 80's, only to turn around and put 2x-10x as much $ as the purchase price back into it. Love seeing clean, well sorted rigs like this that will carry on for years to come.

Roof rack cross bars taken off. The added rack was installed with nut serts.
Truck will be getting detailed sorry for the dirty photos.

Passed DEQ Oregon emissions no problem. Except renewal fees are over $200 now.

A lot of shops charge about the entire asking price of this truck or more for a full rebuild on the 1FZ these days. This one is worth every penny IMO. The seller seems to have an excellent reputation on here as well.

Tie rods arrived, and just got back from the detail shop with a complete interior exterior detail. Clay bared the old paint, cut and polish and a hand wax. Shining now. Will post pictures when it’s not raining.

Those are the original wheels. The previous owner painted them black. Would be very easy to remove the paint and return to stock.

Last photo was from rust repair ground down to bare metal and primed. Trying to get ahold of some factory color paint and make this invisible before selling. May not happen but the rust is gone!

Interior after detail. Some stains are not coming out of rear carpet but it’s 1000% better than before.

This is the move! Fresh motor white and super straight unit. clean work Wes! Tons of work in this one if you haven't done this it’s hard to appreciate what it takes!
HAh! I was gonna tag you in this and say it can still be yours!!. Thanks man I don’t really wanna sell but you know how it is can’t keep them all! It’s really cleaned up since I got it. It needs the seat belts restored and i have a new KENWOOD deck to install. But it’s ready for a new owner for sure. Or I will keep it around I’m in no hurry to sell.

New KENWOOD deck with Apple CarPlay going in. The atoyo is acting up randomly.
