State of Ca cruiser, no rust, previously daily driver until complete rebuild. Nearly every nut, bolt, and part has been removed, rebuilt or replaced with new parts. Body sand blasted, tub sides/panels replaced as needed. Tub off, frame sand blasted, epoxy primed, , underbody painted or undercoated. New windshield, Bestop soft top.
Engine is a rebuilt 350 with Advanced Adapters to stock Toyota 4-speed. Transmission, transfer case, and running gear all rebuilt. Vehicle has been driven 722 miles since restored.

Engine:
Chevrolet 350 CID rebuilt with mild RV cam
- 1.94 valves with hardened seats
- Edlebrock 600 cfm 4 barrel, electric choke, off road kit
- Edlebrock performer intake manifold
- Fuel pressure regulator with gauge
- Block hugger headers
- Dual 2 1/4" into 3" with dual 2 1/4" out Flowmaster exhaust (sounds like a big block)
- New water pump, starter, HEI billet aluminum distributor
- New Griffin all aluminum radiator, with electric fan, shroud
- Engine all black with chrome dress up kit

Body:
- West Coast cruiser minimal rust, tub panels in common rust areas replaced
- Front fenders are all new production metal
- Tub, roll bar, fenders, rear doors, windshield frame, sandblasted, then epoxy primed
- Underside of tub and fenders sprayed with Herculiner
- Inside of tub sprayed with Raptor liner
- Exterior of tub epoxy primed, acrylic urethane primed, top coat is acrylic urethane and color is carbon fiber metallic with gunmetal flakes
- If cloudy outside looks dark grey/black; if sunny almost silver
- Rear doors cut in half to make 1/2 doors for Bestop, black denim full soft top with soft half side doors
- Also has Bestop bikini top
- All new windshield and seal
- All new Energy Suspension polyurethane stock height body mounting kit and hardware
- Spector Off Road heater restoration kit with new heater core
- Factory back seat heater
- Adjustable high back bucket seats with 3 point shoulder harness retractable seat belts

- Full roll cage kit with rear bar, custom bent with front hoop

Suspension:
- Man-A-Fre 4" safari kit with shackle reversal Part SSS-40SRKE
- Factory disk brake front end
- Braided SS brake lines
- Front end steering knuckle bearing kit
- All new front end seals including Burfield ball wiper seal kit
- Saginaw power steering conversion with stock Chevy power steering pump and Borgeson steering shaft U-joints
- Lengthened drive lines with new u-joints

Drivetrain:
- Stock Landcruiser axles w 4.10 gear ratios, open differentials
- Advanced Adapters Chevy 305 CID conversion
- Cast iron 4-speed trans case
- Specter Off Road trans rebuild kit and new seals
- Conversion specific Chevy to Toyota Centerforce pressure plate, clutch disk and throw out bearing
- New brake master cylinder
- New clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder
- Stock transfer case with Specter Off Road oil return hose kit
- Specter Off Road steel transfer case brace
- Specter Off Road transfer case rebuild kit and new seals
- Specter Off Road parking brake rebuild kit and new parking brake shoes

Wheels and Tires:
- (5) Mickey Thompson 15"X10" bead lock alloys with clear ceramic coating
- (5) Toyo MT Open Country 33X12.50R15LT

Electrical:
- All new GM style wiring harness and fuse panel
- New front turn and running light assemblies
- New rear turn, brake, backup, and running light assemblies
- All new VDO gauges with electrical sending units
- Speedometer is digital, one button programmable with speedo calibration

Misc Parts:
- One rear jump seat not installed
- Original dash instruments
- Extra parts as well as some factory take offs

The price is $52,250. I have looked at many rebuilt FJ40s and not many compare to the quality and workmanship of this one. New parts alone add up to $15,000 (I have a lot of the receipts)and labor involved was 100s of hours. This Cruiser could be a local show winner although it is by no means perfect. It could be a daily driver or add it to your collection. Since the drivetrain is stock (rebuilt) you could take out the Chevy V8 and replace it with an original FJ40 six cylinder to increase its overall value. I personally chose the V8 for power and cruising down the road. :)
