I realize this is a very novice question, what's up with the break rotors on your front and rear diffs?

Those are narrowed 2 1/2 ton military axles ( made by Rockwell) with pinion brakes.
When these things are strictly for off road use, one does not need brakes on all 4 corners...
Uncle Sam used super heavy drum brakes on these when they were seeing highway use, etc. No need for all that extra weight when one is crawling. ( if you look at the pics, you will notice that there are no other brakes on the axles.)
The pinion brake set up is plenty for offroad use.
Some may use the pinion brakes for highway use too, but I am sure it is not legal.

These things ( 5 ton versions) are/were used on Monster Trucks way back in the day, and they only used the pinion brakes on those 10 ton monsters with 1200 HP !!!!

Hope this helps.

The more I look at this swine, I realize, the overall design of the cage is not only good looking, but has a ton of strength! Some lucky person will be plenty safe in this truck!
