Christo's arms most important fxn in my book is it lets me run the 6" springs, get the full range out of the OME L-shocks AND lets me drive on the freeway safely with 35's going 70....

I thought you had the wristed arms?

Oh Yeah, they are! But you know what I meant.

No one ever said anything about grinding down the bushings and/or opening up the brackets to let them move around...

The flipped arm idea only works for 6" plus lifts, but if articulation is what you want, a 4 link front is easy to do, and will make double the current front articulation, but spring and shock lengths become an issue, and when facing a steep down hill the vehicle can "trip over itself" by the control arm becoming the over pivot point, with the wheel jammed and the car rotating over it, ending up in your wagon doing a dead ant impersonation.

A friend has an 80 with 4 link, with the top arms going back beside the bellhousing inside the chassis rails each side, and it gets 48" between bump stop and diff housing, but thats alot of momentum if nose down, and the suspension is compressing to arrest before your winching back on your wheels.
