I just ordered from Performance and Jenson. Jenson was killer, Performance I am still waiting (and waiting and waiting), hopefully will be here today... Not psyched with Performance other than their prices....
The absolute best service I've gotten is this little shop Home that does quite a bit mail order and hooks it up. I pretty much get everything from them now other than some occasional deals here and there... I just ordered a Ventana through them and no one else could come even reasonably close to the price. He is part time in winter though so sometimes hard to get ahold of... And really knows his stuff too...
