If you look at the drawer system I built here https://forum.ih8mud.com/80-series-tech/209816-new-cargo-drawers-my-first-mod.html you can see the hidden storage in the front of the unit, I found someplace online a watertank that will fit into that place, you could also use a bladder in there as well.
Personally I use a 6 gallon tank that slides in the right hand side of my storage box when the rear wing is raised next to the subwoofer, it fits snug and doesnt move around.

This rubber water bladder from Slee maybe a good solution as it can sit on the passenger floor behind the front seats. This keeps the weight low and you can build a false floor to store stuff on top.

Cost is quite reasonable but dunno the capacity.

The one from MAF is $300 for six gallons, way too rich for my blood.
