month driving around with the new OME suspension wich always makes a horrible noise when taking a turn I decided to fix that problem.
I tried first greasing with teflon spray wich helps for a short while but that klonk came back:bang::bang::bang:.
So now I welded some flat strap on the clamps and the noise is gone:bounce:

OME supposedly the best suspension in the business.....if you're willing to modify it and deal with its imperfections.
They shouldn't have moved their production and quality control offshore.

I went with a full Ironman kit on my '89 FJ62. I am planning on adding weight so I went with the "C" rated springs. Love the kit so far. Very high quality. The C springs are one step below their stiffest springs. The ride is tight but that is what I chose. Once bumpers and winch and other things are added it will ride fine. I prefer a stiffer suspension anyway. After all it's not a 200.

I had a lot of problems with my OME suspension(left side much higher than the right side, stinkbug like hell, klonk noise) so I would defently give Ironman or King springs a try for the next time

I have the Hell Creek kit and it is great. I was $960 delivered. It does not lean. I added the shackles myself (daystar +3") with the blessing of Hell Creek and it just made the kit that much better. I think this kit is the best bang for the buck by far. I wheel it and it wheels well, I drive it and rides well.

They can vary the spring rates too for winches, etc... give 'em an email or call.

960 delivered to CA? Nice! Also, where did you source the shackles?

I forgot where I got the shackles but they were cheap. It was a JC Whitney type of place that was having a sale. They add 1.5" of lift. I found a coupon code for the lift kit.

The Hell Creek kit is made in the USA and is holding well on my truck.

JT outfitters has some nice, anti-inversion style shackles that come in a standard lift and +2" lift selection (with the option of greaseable pins). When I was looking at piecing together something these were high on my list.
