I have a 66 FJ45LV that has a straight 6 Chevy engine in it. It has a 1 barrel Rochester carb. It will idle just fine with the choke off once it is warmed up. What it won't do is produce any power. I can get it to rev up with the gas pedal but I do not get enough torque to move the truck. The truck will roll in neutral and it WILL move under power if I keep the revs very high and slip the clutch. (not something I do for more than a second or 3) - so I don't think the wheels/axles/tranny/transfer are seized.
