Well gang...using the kids' account. They don't wheel any more. I don't wheel anymore. Sure as hell don't want to argue about wheeling. LOL! If they want to cut this account...I understand.
Meanwhile...two things if I may:

ONE: How in the hell is everyone? Any 200's in the CSC? More 100's?

TWO: Now that I am a bigger dummy then ever...removed from wheeling for oh 5+ years. I NEED ADVICE regarding "refreshing" the front end of my 100. You're not on drugs...yes, it's me asking you.

*I put new 315's on but this time KO2's. Had no idea (told ya, I've been out of it) they had extra rubber on the sidewall so now they rub early. I don't want to adjust the turn stops if I don't have to.

Question: If I buy new Slee upper arms will they cut down or eliminate the rubbing?

*Next...lower arms...should I just buy new arms or can I try a ball joint swap? My mechanic does not have a press.

*I have 3 spare CV joints that need boots, etc. One, not sure might be worn some. Where should I take these to get them re-done? My mechanic doesn't have the tool needed to tighten the clips.

*Last...I think if I replace the arms/ball joints and pack the bearings I should be good. The sucker is only up to 195K miles because we hardly drive it but we do want to hit forest roads.

Thanks! And you can use the horse icon if you like.

Is SLee not your friend anymore?

You left a lot of burning bridges in your wake on your last pass through here. I'd recommend hitting the 100 Series forum for tech, and keep a low profile. My $.02
