Ok need help!!!

Went to get into the ‘13 LX 570 and it was dead!!! Battery checks out, runs fine but the seat memory, folding mirror, windows from drivers side don’t work....can’t lock the doors with Drivers’s switch and rear hatch won’t open from the truck switch??? Took it to my buddy ran a scan says lost communication convenience module.....help please!!!

Try unplugging battery for 15min?

Make sure the convenience module is plugged in. I'm not sure where that is located though.

Ground strap or fuse I would expect. When warmed up, does it shift into 4LO? Suspension work? Any lights?

Had to jump start to start today, everything else works just the things mention do not work...

Jump starting can short certain systems. I am guessing you shorted the convenience bus. Or hopefully blew a fuse.

Ok one more observation....sorry I left this out, when I disconnected the neg side to reset, I heard a ticking noise from under the fuse cover....strip me didn’t look

Did you happen try the locks or other door functions while jumping (or connected to the other battery)? Did any of those items function with buddy’s battery connected?

Update everything except the windows and locks on the drivers door is working....slowly fixing itself?!? I was told that you have to resequence the windows going to try tonight

Used a jumper pack....so no

Yes weak battery can cause this.

Battery is strong tested at Battery plus with load, crazy stuff going on, power mirrors, work in Accessory mode, but not when the car is running, same with rear door.....window and locks work in both modes, memory seats don’t work at all and I am getting “check air pressure system“ It will probably will end up at the dealer $$$$$

2013 original Lexus battery.....I have has Batteries Plus and Car quest check it....both tell me it’s good??? Thoughts???

7 years. The battery is the most likely suspect. I would replace the battery before spending money/time on a dealer visit.

A seven year old battery is questionable. Try putting a new one in and see if that solves it before you drop big coin at the dealer.
