Oil Separator question

Can someone who know this collaborate if it is normal to have water in the oil separator .

Normal in the winter, mine looks just like that. Looks much better in the summer months. I'm in CT.

Mine looks very similar, but is very thick any yellowish once the engine is cooled.

Normal. I have to empty mine frequently in the winter. Sometimes it is frozen, but the bowl hasn't cracked yet.
