Nice looking ride, Todd.

Wish I would have known about you selling your 80 earlier. I could have bought yours much cheaper than the $$ I've thrown into the one Lance built for me. Similar rides plus you have the S/C to boot!

Yep, got it back about a month ago. Just took it to Tellico. Not the best shot but here is one from the place we stayed:

damn them's some nice 40's welcome to MUD....:flipoff2: official salute.

might want to check out the SC board as well....Upstate cruisers....there is a real strong group in Greenville.

Those are two very nice 40's, Welcome aboard!

Here's my Cruiser. It's a '74 FJ40 with a Vortec 350/SM465/LoMax 205. It's sprung-over with the front springs flipped and a shackle reversal. The rear springs are stock XJs with a couple of leafs added in. The shocks are Ranco 9000s. The wheelbase is 103".

I run 39.5x13.50 IROKs on 15x10 beadlocked wheels. The front axle has the knuckles turned and an armored, removable diff cover. I have 30 spline LongField birfs/inners and ARP chromo knuckle studs and hub studs. The steering is saginaw with Marlin Crawler high-steer.

The rear axle is a Toyota mini truck/Cruiser hybrid. It uses a Cruiser third member and mini truck axle shafts, so it's centered for the center output 205 t-case. The rear diff is welded and has a fine spline pinion, with an armored diff cover. There are disk brakes on both axles.

I have Warn 8274 on the front with a Metal Tech radiator hoop and stinger. I fabbed the rear bumper and sliders. Me and a couple of friends built the 8 point roll cage also. The seats are made by Corbeau.
