Freaking beautiful Cruiser!Ok so I think the time has come to possibly pass along this 80. Hard to believe as this was planned to keep indefinitely but I just don’t use it at all and haven’t much in the past few years. Tired of it just sitting in the garage and with another 80, a 200, and a 100 as well as the pickup I just can’t justify keeping them all.
Triple locked ‘97 collectors edition with 258,xxx miles. The original motor was roached by a Wix oil filter as many of you may remember, but with help from another forum member a 1FZ was sourced that had approximately 90 thousand miles according to Carfax at the time of the swap. I would put the mileage on the motor at around 100k as of this time. I have the Carfax report from the vin on the donor motor. The link below is a thread I started in 80’s tech when it happened.
If you're using a WIX oil filter read this - https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/if-youre-using-a-wix-oil-filter-read-this.982161/
Bone stock other than OME heavy lift with a set of 35” K02’s. It’s not perfect but it’s clean, dang clean. Interior is in great shape as well, I’d give it an 8/10. Anyone interested please feel free to reach out through PM and I’ll be glad to tell you all about it and share as many pics as you’d like. Just difficult to try and convey 8 years of ownership and all things done in a post.
Price is $25,000 but open to reasonable offers. Only trade considered would be for a 40 of reasonably equal value.

Is there a promo code or other criteria to be aware of?
25% off wheels, 10% off “clearance rack items” is what their website saysIs there a promo code or other criteria to be aware of?
Since there are asterisks tied to the 25% and the free shipping, there appear to be caveats that might be important to know in advance.
Thanks
I do not work for Hendrick, just passing on the info. You'll have to reach out to them if you have questions. Is there a promo code or other criteria to be aware of?

My apology that my question may have have come across as an irritant. With the Hendrick website indicating that a promo code was needed, it was possible that this offer might apply only to specific groups (like your TLCA chapter) and the promo code was controlled accordingly. Hence why I asked my question.I do not work for Hendrick, just passing on the info. You'll have to reach out to them if you have questions.
Glad your 80 stays in the family and goes on to have a 2nd life. I'll keep an ear out for a 200.As of Sunday I am now sadly cruiserless, I sold my wrecked 80 series to be reborn to @Roxx.
That being said, I am now officially in the market for a 13-15 200 series to be my daily driver / overlanding / road trip / rig. Is anyone looking to part with one or know someone who is? Built or not, LC or LX, but with very strong preference to black interior. I'm open anything if it makes sense.
